Error messages in the order process are usually indications that it is time to upgrade your browser.  Even an error message that says the certificate has expired, comes when you are using Internet Explorer 3.0. To upgrade you browser use the following links.

AOL Members, Is you web browser running slow?..... Your Cache file folder could be full. If you didn't know it, you need to clear those files periodically. Nearly every screen you go to on the web remains behind on your computer and is allocated a certain amount of storage.  When the file is full your machine slows way down or stops on the web. These are temporary files and are meant to be purged.  To do this go to the top of your AOL screen and click on "My AOL", then open "Preferences", Then click "WWW", then find in the General Properties screen "Temporary Internet Files",  Press "Delete files".  You do not have to be on-line to do this, just open up your AOL and don't sign on, or you can do this while your on-line.

Internet Explorer (non AOL users) needs its cache files cleaned from time to time also. This process varies from version to version.   Generally, the same process as described above,  Usually in "Tools", then "Internet Options", then "Temporary Internet Files"  Then "Delete".
