Limited Warranty Outboardparts.com Parts

    Outboardparts.com warrants the products it sells to be free from defects in materials and or workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days after the date of original purchase. If during this 30 day period a defect in the product should occur, the product may be returned for replacement without charge.  Your sole remedy in the event of a defect in the product is limited to replacement of the product as provided above. All warranties from the manufactures will be honored. If the manufacturer has a more extensive warranty, then the customer will receive the warranty in terms no less favorable then the warranty from the manufacturer. All manufacturers warranties will be handled by Outboardparts.com.   Many of the trim pumps and some electronic products carry a one year conditional warranty from the manufacture and Outboardparts.com will process your warranty claim on your behalf, with any manufacturer.
